Shaving the ugly levers

I think it looks a lot better than the bulky stock levers. A lot of work with grinder, dremel and flap discs. Still not finished. Also narrowed down the handlebars 5 cm on each side.

Seat mount

Made a bracket for the seat. The spring bolts are covered in rubber caps and just resting on the frame. Yes, they are usually seen on chair legs...

Work in progress

Got the new Biltwell handlebars and seat in place. Starting to look good, I think. Can't wait for the snow to disappear.

Bags

Made a couple of tool/accessory bags out of some denim jacket sleeves, old shoelaces and some brass skulls. Also found an old bicycle bag in a second hand shop that might do the job as a cool side mounted luggage bag.
